SNEK is a soft merino wool, it has high twist and knits up very beautifully. It is actually on the border of sport and fingering weight, you could use it as both 🙂
The result of Bilum's new dyeing technique are quick (repeat) gradients, a very special color transition – the colors are changing on their own (similar to self striping yarn but with softer transition) The colors transition faster than on their “normal” gradient yarns, but slower than on variegated yarns. The same colors are occurring more than just once. The length of the colors is not necessarily regular, but it may be so. These are really unique pieces, no two are exactly the same, but you can easily continue one after the other - they are made to work well together.
Although they are hand dyed, the result of this kind of dyeing is very similar to marled or hand spun yarns.

- Fingering/Sport weight
- 50g/183m has 201 yards
- machine wash (gentle cycle)
- repeating gradient skeins or cakes
100g/ 365m gradient skeins/cakes have 401 yards
100g /365m OOAK semi solid skeins have 401 yards (sold in-store only)
