Shipping policy

We ship via USPS & UPS - You select the service upon checkout

Prices are automatically calculated at the time of checkout via Shopify's connection with USPS and/or UPS. These rates are very competitive, and are based on the weight of the package as well as the destination address. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping dates and delivery times, please order with plenty of time to receive your order. 

Shipping

We strive to ship your purchased items as soon as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of the transaction being complete. Usually, we are able to pack your order the same day that it is placed; USPS pickups typically happen within 2 business days.

All packages are sent with tracking. When your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number.  Tracked orders are not insured against loss, damage, or missing items.  If you wish to include insurance on your package, please make contact with us at angel@bewoolen.com to arrange for this.

Packages that return to us as undeliverable by the carrier for whatever reason can be re-posted for an additional shipping fee.  If we have made a mistake in the addressing of an undeliverable package that has led to it being undeliverable, we will waive that fee and re-send it at our own cost.

In order for our logistics to run smoothly and as efficiently as possible we cannot combine shipping for separately placed orders. Separately placed orders will be charged shipping costs based on the weight and distance to your shipping address.

At this time, we do not take international orders.

 

LOST Packages:

Does my order come with tracking and/or insurance? First Class Mail is not insured; however Priority mail comes with $100 of shipping insurance. UPS shipping comes with $100 of insurance. Tracking within the U.S. is available and will be sent to your email once shipped. Any claims filed for lost packages must be made by purchaser, beWoolen is not responsible for lost packages or delays. International mail is not insured nor is tracking available beyond U.S. borders. You can expect an international package to be delivered anywhere from 3-6 weeks once shipped (not ordered). If your package hasn’t arrived, contact us. We will do what we are able. We receive the same tracking information that is emailed with your order, we do not have "insider" knowledge beyond those details.

Claims must be filed by you, the recipient, through USPS or UPS. As per shipping guidelines, once the package is picked up by the postal/shipping service the ownership of that package is now yours. Once it leaves beWoolen, we have absolutely no control over the shipping process.  Claims for lost packages become the responsibility of the recipient. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Shipping on Refunds

Unless the refund or exchange is because of a fault we have made, shipping costs will not be refunded or covered by beWoolen.  

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

You received the wrong item?

Each of our orders are picked and shipped by hand. We take pride in our customer service but unfortunately mistakes do sometimes happen. Please accept our sincere apologies if we sent you the wrong item. Call us and we will work out the details of correcting our mistake. We kindly ask you to return the product to us and inform us about the postal costs (w/tracking) and we will refund the costs. We will send you the right product once we have received the returned product.

Pick Up in Store

If you place an online order for pickup, please allow up to 24 hours for us to pull your order. If you would like to pick up your order sooner, please contact us. Due to limited space in our shop, we can only hold orders for pick up for 3 days after the order is placed.  After this time, your order will be returned for store credit, unless other arrangements have been made. Order Fulfillment

Please observe that online stock is shared with that of the brick & mortar shop; we might not always be able to keep our webshop updated with regards to availability. This is particularly true during sales or busy seasons as the stock turnover is much higher. If we find that stock has sold out from your online order, we will contact you with alternate choices; or offer a refund.
