Let's Make Sourdough at beWoolen!

This beginner class is the perfect place to start your sourdough journey!

 

In this class, you will learn about starter, feeding, discard, stretch & folds, inclusions, and how to make your very own loaf of sourdough bread! 

You will get an established starter in a mason jar, a tea towel, and a bowl.

 

This is a hands-on class where you will be mixing up your first batch of dough to take home and bake! 

           Aprons are not necessary, but if you feel you need one, please bring one.
