Join Ms Jill and discover the fun of granny squares! Start by mastering the classic granny square, then take your crochet skills to the next level, where the real adventure begins -- choosing your next design from a box of 50 fabulous granny square patterns!

Pre-requisite to enroll in this class: must know basic crochet stitches: chain, single crochet, double crochet. This is a great "next-step" class.

Things we'll cover in class:

Magic ring
how to work in the round
crochet ribbing
how to work a classic granny stitch pattern

Yarn Ideas: worsted weight/dk yarns in contrast colors so that you'll be able to see your color work - we love Baah Sonoma or Malabrigo Rios for this project.

What You'll need:

Purchase: The Granny Square Card Deck

Purchase your yarn at beWoolen. Please have it wound before class starts. Also, please bring a G (4.0mm), H (5.0mm) crochet hooks, removable stitch marker, darning needle and a scissor.

Homework: We highly recommend stopping in prior to the class date to gather your supplies, so that you will have time to wind your yarn you are ready to begin class promptly at 6pm.
