  Do you enjoy working on your project in a social setting? This group is for you! We'll meet up a total of four times starting mid May thru June. It's ok if you can only make it to a few sessions, we will all work at our own pace.

  
  

  While not officially a class, if you have questions as you're working on your project, we will be on hand to support you as we work together. Yarn for our Knit Alongs must be purchased at beWoolen. Your support means the world to us, and it allows us to use our Great Room for social events.

  
  

  You won't need to complete the entire project during the KAL time frame, but if you do, you'll be entered into a special prize drawing!

  Your Yarn Bundle will contain:

  • Baah La Jolla fingering weight yarn - Hand Dyed 100% Superwash merino 
  • 10 colors / 37g = 133yds each
  • 4 colors / 50g = 200 yds each

  This gorgeous fair-isle inspired pattern is worked in the round, starting with a provisional cast-on (using a crochet chain, or your preferred method). You'll be knitting in the round using fourteen fantastic colors of Baah La Jolla that were tailor made for this project.

  Gauge: 27 stitches by 31 rows in stranded color work (post-blocking). Gauge is not critical, but working at a smaller/larger gauge will, of course, result in a smaller/larger garment and affect how much yarn you use.

  Finished Dimensions: 33cm (approx 13”) width, 195cm (approx 76” circumference).

  You will need:

  • A copy of the Bohemian Cowl pattern by Dan Lee - find it on Ravelry HERE
  • Darning needle, stitch markers, scissors, scrap yarn in a fingering weight for the provisional cast-on and 5mm crochet hook
  • TWO US6 - 24" circular needles - one will be used to graft the ends together (or size needed to achieve gauge)
