Get ready for the holidays with this reversible interlocking cowl! This beautiful cowl is worked in the round, on the right side and will amaze you as it works up easily and quickly! Miss Jill will assist you through all the steps, as you master the skill of interlocking crochet!
This is an intermediate level pattern, so if you understand the basics of crochet, including chains, single crochet, you are welcome to join us and learn these new skills to make this delightful cowl!
Things we'll cover in class:
- Creating stitches in front and behind previous rows
- Back loop third loop only
- Double crochet
- Chaining in the back bump
- Slip stitch
- Working in the round
Yarn ideas:
The store sample is made in two colors of Malabrigo Rios - using a G hook, but any worsted weight or DK yarn would create a beautiful cowl! Supplies needed: 2 skeins of contrasting colors - 225 yards of each color. Suggested hook size 6.0mm and 5.0mm (you may need to adjust for gauge/type of yarn you choose)
