beWoolen is hosting a fantastic weekend filled-to-the-brim with classes & events featuring Miss Toni Lipsey! Toni is the creative genius and educator behind TL Yarn Crafts. We've invited Toni to Minnesota to spread the love of Tunisian crochet with a variety of classes, a Lock-In, and a Fireside Meet & Greet. Check out all of the details below for times and additional information. If you are brand new to Tunisian crochet, it can best be described as a hybrid of knitting and crochet. It creates a beautiful fabric, and there are hundreds of stitches to learn. Toni's book: The Tunisian Crochet Handbook introduces this fascinating and rewarding technique with a wide array of stitches and design possibilities. The goal of this book is to guide crocheters step-by-step through Tunisian crochet, starting with tools and yarns, transitioning into how-to’s and stitches, and finishing with easy but engaging patterns. The book includes instructional sections and patterns, complete with beautiful photography. If you are not new to Tunisian Crochet, you have likely already seen designs by Toni....and perhaps followed her excellent video tutorials featuring many of her modern, chic designs. Toni will help you discover the excitement of this addictive technique.Want to Pre-order Toni's Book? Scroll to the book Pre-Order in the menu to place your order. We will have your copy here for pick up at the event. Select Pick Up for this option upon check-out. We highly suggest ordering you copy ahead of time so that we can gauge how many books to order.
