Miss Anne will support you on your next toe up sock journey; answering questions and sharing tips for knitting toe up socks one or two at a time. Miss Anne recommends Great Outdoors Lite Socks Toe Up, Easy as Pie Socks Toe Up, or Afternoon Tea Socks Toe Up all by Carlie Perrins and available on Ravelry. Be sure you are purchasing the TOE UP Version!

Homework Required Before Class:

  • Have pattern purchased and printed. (or downloaded to a device for easy access).
  • Purchase class materials ahead of time, including yarn so that you will have time to wind prior to the start of class
  •  If knitting socks two at a a time, separate the yarn into two equal balls. 
  • Read through the pattern.   
  • Please make sure your contact information is current in your profile. (cell phone number as well as email)

Supplies: 300-460 yards of fingering weight yarn: beWoolen sock, beWoolen Pigments, or Coates and Co mini skein bundles are all great options.
Anne recommends 2.5 mm needles  - you can choose your favorite method for making your socks: double points, 2 circulars, or a 32-40” circular for magic loop. (Note: 2.5mm is a size 1 in Addi or size 1.5 in Chiaogoo) Basic knitting notions: scissors, gauge ruler, darning needle, stitch markers, pen or pencil Optional: stitch stoppers, small notebook,
