This festive unisex hat will take your crochet skills to the next level! Begin working this hat back and forth on the brim, then work the body in rounds. Skills needed- you should already know some basic crochet: chain, sc, dc, hdc. 

You'll learn these skills in class:

• ribbing worked back and forth
• foundation sc and dc
• treble crochet
• extended sc
• front and back post dc 
• "Cable" stitches 
• finishing & weaving in the ends

Materials:

Purchase and print Whispering Pines Hat pattern (link in Ravelry - will take you to Interweave site to complete the purchase and download), 2 skeins HiKoo Simpliworsted, size for gauge/recommendation is both F/5 and G/6, notions a needed: removable stitch markers, darning needle, scissors.
