Using the book, A Modern Guide to Granny Squares, we will be going through the book and learning the skills you need to complete these fun squares. You can create so many different things from squares including a bag, a book or a laptop cover, a sweater, blanket, and so much more!

You will need to know the basics of crochet, including how to chain, single crochet, and how to double crochet. We will be covering everything else in class!

Yarn ideas:

We recommend Cascade 220 SW Merino or Malabrigo Rios in multiple colors depending on what squares you are interested in. If you use the suggested yarn you will need a 5mm crochet hook, locking stitch markers, a tapestry needle, and scissors.
