Granny Square Chicken Workshop, Sunday June 9th 11:30-2:00

This cute little chicken is a fun and fast project! You'll make two granny squares that are then joined together, stuffed and finished with the tail, beak, and crown. We recommend that you already have some crochet experience such as chaining and working single and double crochet stitches.

Purchase and print the pattern: 

Granny Square Chicken by Sweet Softies HERE, a hook size compatible with your yarn choice (we used sizes ranging from a D to an F and Berroco Bozzolo yarn); yarn in several colors; we used Bozzolo yarn (1 skein of color shifting yarn plus a solid color), but we've seen these made with Pigments fingering weight yarn and Malabrigo Chunky. beWoolen will provide fiber fill stuffing and safety eyes. You'll also need a darning needle and scissors.
